Email support@prestigecommercialconsulting.co.uk and include:
- your device model and operating-system version;
- the ProcureLevel app version shown in Settings;
- the screen, qualification and module involved;
- what you expected and what happened; and
- a screenshot where helpful, after removing confidential or personal details.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, employer-confidential information or sensitive supplier information.
We aim to answer normal support requests within three business days. Urgent access or purchase issues are prioritised.

Purchase help
Purchases are completed by Apple App Store on iPhone and iPad, or Google Play on Android. Make sure the device uses the store account that made the purchase, then choose Restore purchases in ProcureLevel.
The relevant app store controls payment methods, receipts and applicable refund requests. ProcureLevel does not receive your full payment-card details.
Notifications
Study reminders are optional and scheduled on your device. Check both the ProcureLevel reminder settings and your device's notification permission for the app.
Delete local data
ProcureLevel has no learner account. To remove the profile, app-owned photo copy, exam plans, reminders, answers, progress and settings from the device, open Settings > Privacy & trust > Delete all local data. Store purchase records remain with the relevant app store and can be restored separately.
Report learning content
Use Settings > Report a content concern in ProcureLevel. The app prepares an email that you can review before sending. Include the relevant lesson, model or question and explain what appears unclear, incorrect or outdated.

ProcureLevel is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by CIPS or any awarding organisation. It is a learning and revision resource, not a guarantee of an examination result.
